If you don't have a composter then put it in your yard waste bin, don't throw it in the trash.

These compostable bags break down in 45 days and compost in 3-6 months at home to become fertilizer!

Their compost standards are as follows: "mailers break down within 90 days in commercial compost and 180 days in domestic compost conditions, including worm farm compost"
