Product Description

BioPack's recyclable foldable 8L collapsible water pouch is designed for outdoor brands, camping equipment distributors, emergency supply companies and private-label retailers that need a lightweight alternative to rigid water containers.
The pouch folds flat when empty, helping reduce storage space in backpacks, vehicles, retail cartons and warehouses. When filled, its reinforced flexible body, carrying handle and optional dispensing tap provide a practical way to store and dispense water at campsites, outdoor events and emergency stations.
Available with recyclable mono-PE material options, custom printing, different handles and multiple dispensing systems, this water pouch can be developed around your product positioning, sales market and performance requirements.
Capacity: 8 litres
Material option: Recyclable mono-PE film
Closure: Screw cap, spout or dispensing tap
Customization: Size, shape, printing, handle and fitment
Supply: OEM, private label and wholesale
BioPack's recyclable 8L collapsible water pouch is a customizable portable water container for camping, hiking, outdoor events and emergency kits. It can be produced with a mono-PE pouch structure, reinforced handle, standing bottom gusset and optional dispensing tap. BioPack supports OEM printing, fitment matching, structural development and filled-pouch performance testing for B2B and private-label projects.
Rigid water containers remain bulky after the water has been used. A collapsible pouch provides the same usable capacity in a flexible format that can be folded, rolled or stored flat when empty.
The 8L size offers enough capacity for drinking water, campsite cooking, hand washing and general outdoor cleaning, while remaining easier to handle than many larger portable tanks.
For outdoor and emergency product brands, the pouch also provides a wide printable surface for logos, instructions, measurement markings, QR codes and multilingual product information.
For ambient-temperature water applications, BioPack can evaluate a recyclable mono-material PE structure as an alternative to conventional mixed-material laminates.
A simplified recyclable configuration may include a PE-based pouch body, PE sealing layer and compatible PE fitment components where technically available.
Recyclability should always be assessed based on the complete package. Taps, caps, handles, labels, inks and local recycling infrastructure can all affect the final result. For this reason, BioPack does not base a recyclability claim only on the main pouch film.
Material selection must also balance sustainability with practical performance. Reducing film weight is not beneficial if it causes leaking, handle failure or puncture damage during use.

The empty pouch packs flat, reducing the space required in camping gear, emergency kits, retail cartons and distribution warehouses.
The handle and upper seal areas can be strengthened according to the filled weight, expected carrying distance and intended usage environment.
The pouch can be fitted with a screw-cap spout, push-pull closure or dispensing tap. Tap-style outlets are particularly suitable for campsite tables, mobile washing stations and outdoor kitchens.
A properly designed bottom gusset helps the filled pouch stand more securely on flat surfaces. The base geometry is adjusted according to the pouch width, capacity and outlet position.
Brand graphics, capacity markings, safety information, cleaning instructions, QR codes and retail information can be printed directly on the pouch.
The 8L collapsible water pouch can be adapted for a range of portable water-storage applications.
The pouch can supply water for drinking, cooking, cleaning utensils and hand washing without requiring a rigid container.
Its foldable format makes it suitable for group hiking supplies, base camps and outdoor support teams.
The flat-packed pouch takes up less storage space before use and can be included in automotive, RV and off-road emergency kits.
A tap-equipped pouch can provide temporary water access at festivals, sports events, markets and mobile hand-washing points.
Custom versions can be developed for preparedness kits and humanitarian projects, subject to project-specific performance and regulatory requirements.
Outdoor retailers, camping brands and promotional suppliers can create branded products with custom graphics and retail packaging.
BioPack can customize the pouch as part of a complete OEM packaging project.

Is the complete water pouch recyclable?
The pouch body can be developed with a mono-PE structure. Final recyclability depends on the complete combination of film, tap, cap, handle, printing and the recycling facilities available in the destination market.
Can the pouch safely hold 8 litres of water?
Yes, provided the film, seals, handle and fitment are designed and tested for the filled load. BioPack recommends validating the final structure through leakage, handle-load and drop testing before production.
Is it suitable for drinking water?
Food-contact material options are available. Required documentation and testing depend on the destination country and the applicable regulations.
Can it be filled with hot water?
The standard recyclable PE option is intended mainly for ambient or cool water. The required filling temperature must be confirmed before the material structure is selected.
Can the pouch stand upright?
A reinforced bottom gusset can improve stability on a level surface. Actual performance depends on the pouch dimensions, fill level and fitment position.
Can BioPack add a dispensing tap?
Yes. Screw caps, push-pull spouts and dispensing taps are available. The most suitable option depends on the desired water flow, filling method and product positioning.
Can we print our own branding?
Yes. Custom printing can include logos, product instructions, measurement markings, QR codes, barcodes and multilingual information.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the pouch dimensions, material structure, fitment and printing process. Lower-volume custom projects may be evaluated for digital printing.
Are samples available?
BioPack can provide available reference samples, unprinted prototypes or custom printed samples according to the project stage.
What information is required for a quotation?
Please provide the capacity, intended use, preferred tap or spout, filling temperature, estimated quantity, destination market and printing requirements.
A collapsible water pouch must be lightweight enough to pack easily but strong enough to carry its full water load without leaking or tearing.
